MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCELBOOKINGS, ENABLING TIME TO REOPEN THE APPOINTMENT. Refunds or credits CANNOT be given for changes within the 24 hour notice period. 

I AM UNABLE TO WORK 24/7 AND THEREFORE MESSAGES WILL BE DEALT WITH AS SOON AS PRACTICALLY POSSIBLE.  Many thanks :-) 

· Prior to booking please ensure you have read the "FIELD TERMS OF HIRE", by proceeding with your booking you are confirming that you have read and fully understood this information.

· PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE MORE THAN 5 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR BOOKED TIME AND EXIT PROMPTLY in time for the next hirer to enjoy too. Some dogs are reactive and struggle with others being close by when they are mid-session. DO NOT WAIT IN THE CAR PARK AREA IF YOU ARRIVE IN BELTON EARLY, drive around the block or find an alternative safe location to park until within 5 minutes of the booked time. Thank you very much for understanding, arriving early spoils the session taking place, each visitor has their own needs and reasons for using the paddock and by encroaching on their time is upsetting for all.

· Please be aware that booking cancellations even over 24 hours notice will incur a 5% charge for the card transaction if paid by credit/debit card. This will be deducted from the refund. Please note; this is not applicable to rescheduling of appointments outside the 24 hour notice period, only complete cancellations. 

· NO DOGS ARE ALLOWED OFF LEAD IN THE PARKING AREA WHEN ARRIVING OR LEAVING (ALL BREEDS AND TYPES), they must remain on a lead from the vehicle to entering and being secure in the field. You may think your dog is OK with not being on a lead, however other dogs in the area may not be, and it is a requirement of our insurance that all visitors are required to adhere to lead use for all dogs as a minimum.

· As the person making the booking, you are responsible for all members of your group and all dogs. Ensuring that all dogs are suitable and legal to use the facilities at Pooch's Paddock. 

· Pooch's Paddock is a SMOKE FREE ENVIRONMENT - please do not litter the area, including cigarettes. Please do not put any waste other than dog waste in the bins, our waste license does not permit this and fines can be imposed for not adhering to environmental regulations. Any other waste you create whilst visiting ie cups, food wrappers, must be taken away with you.

· Top Tip :-) - You can book more than one session in the same transaction to save you time. Once you have selected your first session, scroll down to the bottom of the basket and click on "BOOK MORE SERVICES". This then takes you back to the booking page so you can select your next slot, add as many bookings as you like into the basket and then checkout once. 

· If you have not visited before please request directions if I have not already sent you them the day before. There are two lanes off King Edward St and it is important you go up the correct lane otherwise you will very likely get stuck and could potentially get locked in if you access the wrong lane!!!

· Bookings can also be made to pay by cash or bacs, choose the "pay cash" option rather than "pay online"- there is a cash box in the shelter at the field. Please ensure payment is made on the day of the booking or before, otherwise an admin fee will be applied for payments requiring a late payment invoice. If you want to use BACS the details are on the cash box or drop us a message requesting them.

· To book, find the type of hire you require below then choose the day/time and checkout. By booking you are agreeing to comply with all the requirements outlined above and in our Field Terms of Hire, additionally to follow the information and signage in place at the field.

***Banned Breeds and the Dangerous Dogs Act inc XL Bully and Type Legislation***

There are specific requirement for banned breeds which are outlined on our Terms of Hire and MUST BE FOLLOWED.  Prior to booking Pooch’s Paddock for the use with any Banned Breed dog, the owner must supply Pooch’s Paddock with the following documents in advance (these will be securely stored);

· Exemption Certificate · Insurance Certificate · Proof of Micro Chip · Proof of Neutering in line with government rules. 

Then refer to the Additional Field Rules & Procedures outlined on our Terms of Hire including correct handler ratios.
